POSTAGE, PACKING, INSURANCE, TAXES
Postage, packing and insurance will be added to your order at cost as appropriate.
We will
inform you of these amounts at the time your order is received.
Prices quoted do not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance outside the UK
which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Your
order will be confirmed by email and invoice by return.
FRAMING
As framing styles and preferences vary enormously, prints are offered for sale
unframed unless a particular
type of frame is requested. In this case, the
exact frame, cost and delivery charges will be calculated individually.
We suggest UK customers refer to the Fine Art
Trade Guild (www.fineart.co.uk) to find a recommended framer in their
area.
DELIVERY
Unframed prints are sent wrapped and rolled in a strong tube. Orders
will be dispatched immediately payment
has been cleared at our bank
and we will contact you to confirm date of dispatch
of your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may
return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned
in its original packaging and received in perfect condition.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We trust your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, we urge you to
check artwork for any damage
before accepting or signing for delivery. Make
a note of any damage on the delivery record. If the package appears to have
suffered shipping damage contact us immediately. Ask the shipping company for
a damage inspection report and request that they return the goods to us. In this
case, keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
